I had the pleasure to work with Prop Stylist and Art Director Sarah Birks and Food Stylist and Writer Jennifer Joyce on a series of dishes inspired by Jennifer's upcoming book on south East Asian cooking. Dishes included oven baked lotus crisps and tofu burgers with sweet chilli sauce.
